The beach cut has radial sections, with panels from the head and the clew. At this cut come 4 panels from the head and 10 panels from the clew. One panel extends the luff. The batten pockets are made from Dacron. The lower panels can be made as window. This cut allows multi color. The reinforcements are flat.

Hightech
for the regatta sailor.
This radial cut has more panels for better adaption to the forces. This cut has more panels in the head, from the clew and extends the luff, giving the sail a smoother profile. The batten pockets are made from the same material as the sail. The lower panels can made as window. This cut allows multi color. The reinforcements are flat and fully bonded.

Pentex
Pentexsails are sails for the regatta sailor and for the leisure sailor, they are produced from a special material composit, a laminate.
A laminate is a layer composit material witch is produced in 3 layers. The baselayer is the Pentexfiber. That gives the material at low weight a high strength and form stability. Both outside layers consist of Mylar film. During the lamination process the 3 layers are glued under pressure.

Mylar
This cloth has the same structure as Pentex, however Polyester fibers are used.

Dacron
Dacron is a woven cloth from Polyester fibers. The advantage of this cloth is a good handling and long stability.
