Product information "Goodall Design F18 Akurra Catamaran"

The Goodall Design F18 Akurra is the Formula 18 racing catamaran from Goodall Design and the successor to the legendary C2. The newly developed concept was launched in 2021 and has already proven itself at many international regattas.

The Akurra is built to plane: its very flat hull design is intended to get it planing downwind under gennaker, which delivers high boat speeds especially in strong winds.

The Akurra is available with a decksweeper mainsail or with a traditional mainsail and boom. With a decksweeper, the foot of the mainsail reaches down to just above the trampoline, so the sealed trampoline acts as an endplate.
