D-Splicer Soft Fid

The D Splicer SoftFit is the solution for all core coat splices where traditional drawing or hollow needles doesn´t work proper. Especially with modern very tightly woven rope constructions such as Runner Twin you reach limits with the metal needles. The SoftFit consists a white dyneema coat and coloured Dyneema hollow braid. To splice them putt the plug end to end in the white coat from SoftFit. Using a thin splicing needle pulling now the coloured end of SoftFit through the long part of the rope. Pull now firmly on the coloured end of SoftFit so that the white coat with the plugged end is pulled through the rope.
