Sail & Kite Coating 50ml - Sail Cloth Coating

Sail & Kite Coating in the 50 ml set is a two-component sailcloth coating based on chemical nanotechnology. Sails are among the most delicate parts of a boat: manoeuvres, strong winds, water and salt take a heavy toll on sailcloth, films and laminates. The optically neutral coating protects against water, dirt and weather, makes the surface very slippery and so noticeably extends the life of the fabric.

Specifications

• Contents: 50 ml (component A 40 ml, component B 10 ml)
• Coverage: approx. 20–32 m² on smooth cloth such as spinnakers; roughly half that on coarse cloth such as mainsails or sprayhoods

For fabrics that cannot be laid out and coated – sprayhoods, sailing clothing, shoes or boat cushions, for example – the manufacturer recommends Sail & Kite Impregnation.
