The Harken 240 swivel base with fairlead and 150 Cam-Matic cleat is a simple swivel base for main and jib sheets on very small boats, or for control lines on any boat. Swivelling cleat bases always turn to face the trimmer, so the line can be cleated cleanly from any position.
