40mm Harken Carbo Ratchet Block, Swivel

The Harken 40 mm Carbo ratchet block with swivel lets you hold a loaded sheet by hand while still easing it under control. Harken describes its 40 mm ratchets as ideal for jib and spinnaker sheets where low weight and small size are critical. This model (2608) has an on/off switch to engage or disengage the ratchet.
