The Harken 462 swivel base with 338 Micro Cam-Matic and two 16 mm sheaves always turns to face the trimmer and allows precise cleating. The 16 mm sheaves run with low friction on steel ball bearings for high loads. Ideal for control lines where the angle to the cleat varies a lot.
